La Porte Regional Health System (LRHS) remains committed to fulfilling our mission to the community and helping our patients and families access the services they need to stay healthy. To that end, I am pleased to present the LRHS Strategic Plan for 2009-2011.
The plan focuses on relationship building, partnerships and joint ventures — all tied to mission-critical projects that enable us to fulfill our mission. We will continue to cut costs, streamline our operations and review the healthcare services we provide while looking for opportunities to grow into new markets and services.
With our partners, Clarian Health, the La Porte Hospital Foundation, the La Porte Hospital Auxiliary, and La Porte Regional Physician Network, we remain committed to providing for a healthy today, and planning for a healthier tomorrow.
