As the President and Chief Executive Officer of La Porte Regional Health System (LRHS), I am proud to be a part of an organization that has had many achievements in the recent year, opening The Heart Center, Achieving Magnet Designation, Respiratory Therapy earned Quality Respiratory Care Recognition (QRCR), Award, TAG Team wins the 2004 Best Practice Award from National Association of Employee Recognition, started construction for the new Wellness Rehabilitation Center and we received the highest Patient Satisfaction score of 96.4% from Arbor Associates Inc. As I walk the halls, I see how the La Porte Hospital culture is demonstrated by all. Members of our organization come to work with knowledge in their minds, experience, smiles on their faces, and compassionate caring in their hearts. The staff, physicians and volunteers are dedicated and committed to our mission of making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
