La Porte Hospital Foundation, Inc.
The mission of the La Porte Hospital Foundation is to encourage charitable giving for the benefit of La Porte Hospital and Health Services enabling it to meet or exceed the expectations of those it serves and support healthier communities and lifestyles.
The La Porte Hospital Foundation was established in 1978, by a group of community members as a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. A mission-driven, volunteer Board of Directors governs the La Porte Hospital Foundation. Their responsibilities include: raising funds, acting as stewards of the fund, and fund allocation to specific areas of need across La Porte Regional Health System and health-related community programs.
