La Porte Hospital Foundation, Inc.
The mission of the La Porte Hospital Foundation is to support healthcare and healthy lifestyles in the communities we serve by promoting philanthropy, developing friendships and educating future leaders.
The La Porte Hospital Foundation was established in 1978, by a group of community members as a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. A mission-driven, volunteer Board of Directors governs the La Porte Hospital Foundation. Their responsibilities include: raising funds, acting as stewards of the fund, and fund allocation to specific areas of need across La Porte Regional Health System and health-related community programs.
