The La Porte Hospital Foundation supports the VNA Hospice of La Porte Regional Health System. Hospice provides compassionate care to individuals who are at the terminal stage of life by assisting with their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Services are offered in La Porte, Porter, Starke and St. Joseph counties. Hospice also helps families cope with the stress of caring for a terminally ill loved one and teaches them how to deal with loss and grief.
Your contribution to the Hospice Fund provides care to those unable to pay for services, offsets expenses not reimbursed by insurance and provides volunteer training and bereavement programs.
