Delivery Policy

The staff and volunteers are happy to deliver to patients/and or employees in the hospital. There is no service charge for deliveries. Our delivery hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (unless there is an unavoidable delay, i.e., gift shop closed due to electrical outage). Delivery service is not available on weekends and major holidays. Orders received after 3:00 pm C.S.T. on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered the following Monday morning.

If a patient is in surgery and hasn't been assigned a room, your gift will be delivered at the earliest opportunity. If the patient has been discharged or we are unable to locate the patient (i.e., patient chooses not be listed), you will not be charged and we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Sometimes, due to health-related restrictions, a product cannot be delivered. If so, you will be contacted.

We reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal value. The floral arrangements shown are a general idea for each package, may differ due to seasonal changes or availability. A specific balloon design may not be available, but we will substitute a similarly themed balloon, i.e., Happy Birthday.

Age appropriateness is stated on the toys/plush item description. Please make sure the child is old enough for the item before ordering. Be sure to include a contact number or email address so we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.We will not sell your name to other companies. This site is secure.
