Cardiologist Carl Wynter, MD, FACC, accepts patients at his offices in Knox and La Porte.
Wynter is Board Certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Further, he is certified in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He provides consultation services, prevention and treatment and management of acute and chronic cardiovascular disease. Wynter has subspecialty training in cardiac imaging with interests in echocardiography, cardiac stress tests and nuclear cardiology.

He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine internship and residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. He completed fellowships in cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital, Michigan, and in cardiac imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts.
Wynter is a member of La Porte Regional Physician Network (LRPN) — a network of physicians providing services in office locations throughout La Porte, Marshall, Porter, Pulaski, Starke and St. Joseph counties.
