Cardiovascular Nurse Navigator
Cardiovascular Nurse Navigator Arleen Francis provides a seamless entry into the Heart & Vascular Institute for physicians and self-referred patients. Initially, she will direct you to the proper department and specialist for your specific healthcare needs. Once you become a HVI patient, Arleen serves as a liaison and provides education, assists with communication and coordination of services. She is also a member of the Speaker’s Bureau and conducts discounted heart and vascular screenings.
