The Friendly Hearts Group

The Friendly Hearts Group provides emotional support, education and an opportunity to be with others whose lives have been affected by heart disease. The group provides an outlet to share hopes, fears, solutions and encouragement through social interaction and a friendly personal touch.

The group is open to patients and family members with any cardiac diagnosis including, but not limited to: heart attack, heart failure, angioplasty, stent placements, device implants and open heart or valve surgeries.

Stroke Support Group

The Stroke Support Group provides patients, family members and caregivers the chance to be with others who are learning how to live with the effects of surviving a stroke.

The group provides support, education, encouragement and the essential coping skills for a healthier lifestyle mentally, physically and spiritually.
